IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL PLOT HOLDERS

Water

Due to the recent freezing conditions, the water has been switched off.  Troughs will only refill from the rain.

SECURITY

Will ALL members please ensure that they close the gates and lock it when they come in to the site and also when leaving. They have been a number of instances where the padlocks have been left hanging open, with the code in place. If it is busy - you do not need to lock up - but do ensure that the padlock is set to a random number. If it is quiet or late in the day - PLEASE LOCK THE GATES.

It has been reported that people have been seen wandering around the allotment and taking photographs - they ran off when they were challenged.

PLOTS

A reminder to everyone not to enter other people's plots unless specifically invited and if so invited, please ensure that you respect the other plot holder at all times. 

PATHS

Please remember that plot holders are responsible for clearing the paths next to their plot. There are a lot of instances where access is becoming very limited because to path sides being overgrown. Please liaise with your neighbouring plot holders to ensure that access is available.
